Return & Exchange
1. We cannot accept returns for any product unless the product is damaged. All custom made and made to order products are non-returnable/exchangeable.
2. We can alter the size of an order if it is not correct. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and custom duties.
3. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
Duties & Taxes
All taxes and duties are included in the prices for Indian customers. All international customers products are shipped on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty unpaid), which means that all import taxes and duties are excluded. You, the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, custom duties, local sales/Vat taxes, and any other taxes imposed by the country you reside in or to which the product is being imported. These taxes/duties must be paid at delivery in order to receive product from transport/courier agents.
