Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, our products will be subject to international customs and taxes as applicable.

Yes, we ensure that your purchase is insured for shipment due to the costs associated with our products.

How long will your product take to deliver?
Our standard expected delivery time for products is 14 working days. For custom or made-on-order outfits, as all our products are handmade, the timelines will be shared on a case by case basis.

Are there any other hidden costs?
No, there are no other hidden costs. We maintain utmost transparency with our pricing to ensure your comfort and confidence for your purchase with us.

How do I review my order?
Your order may be reviewed while the products you have selected are in the cart. Once payment is processed the order will be considered as placed and an order summary will be shared to the email address you have shared with us.

My order was damaged when I received it, what should I do?
If your order was found to be damaged upon receipt, it will be subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Can I cancel my order?

We most definitely do. In fact, we would be happy to craft clothing to better fit your requirements.
